Time of registration

From July 3^rd, 2019 to February 15^th, 2020. The registration will end when the quota is completed.

Entry fee

100 km group: registration fee: $100 per person

100 km group: standard package: $ 899 per person

100km group: deluxe package: $ 2400 per person

The standard package includes:

1) Kathmandu tournament training

2) Accommodation on the day before the match day, the same day after arriving at Nanchi

3) Kathmandu Awards Ceremony and Celebration Banquet after the match

4) Logistics support costs during the event (including catering, inn)

5) Everest National Park tickets and entrance certificates;

6) Completion certificate, Nepalese features complete souvenir stone;

7) The complete player bag;

The charge package does NOT include:

1) Domestic - Kathmandu Round-trip ticket

2) Personal International Medical and Rescue Insurance

3) Lunch and dinner during Kathmandu (except for the celebration banquet)

4) Accommodation during non-competition

5) Personal equipment, local calls and network traffic charges

6) Manpower, helicopter, medical treatment, etc. incurred in emergency rescue

7) Airport - Hotel - Airport Transfer

8) Kathmandu - Jiri off-road vehicle cost; Lukla-Kathmandu ticket

9) Passport and visa related expenses (the Organizing Committee does not provide agency travel document service)

The deluxe package fee includes:

1) Airport - Hotel - Airport Transfer

2) Three nights' accommodation in Kathmandu (including breakfast); stay in the hotel during the match; stay in the night before the match, stay in Nanchi one night after the match

3) Welcome dinner in Kathmandu before the match, the award ceremony and celebration banquet in Kathmandu after the match

4) Kathmandu - Jiri off-road vehicle cost; Lukla-Kathmandu ticket

5) Kathmandu tournament training

6) Logistics support costs during the event (including catering, inn)

7) Everest National Park tickets and entrance certificates;

8) Completion certificate, Nepalese features complete souvenir stone;

The deluxe package fee does NOT include:

7) Passport and visa related expenses (the Organizing Committee does not provide agency travel document service)

Deluxe package of players accommodation, catering arrangements:

May 11: Pick-up service based on personal ticket information & Kathmandu accommodation (Check in HOTEL YATRI or similar)

May 12: Accommodation in Kathmandu (Check in at HOTEL YATRI or similar)

May 13: Kathmandu by car to Jiri land transportation about 7-8 hours; inn accommodation with three meals

May 14: Inn accommodation with three meals

May 17: Jiri-Kathmandu Flights

May 21: Kathmandu accommodation (stay at HOTEL YATRI or similar)

【Expense Description】

1） Registration fee and competition service fee are required, Everest personal video souvenir Package is optional.

2）Runners must complete the payment within 7 days after passing the examination and verification.

3）No refund is supported by the Organizing Committee for cancellation of participation due to runners’ personal reasons after their registration and payment are completed, and their entry quota cannot be transfered.

Qualification review

The qualification examination and verification shall be completed within 5 days after the runners submit their application. Please refer to the website—contestant— qualification requirements for details.

Registration process

1. Registration and payment

The registration fee is $100. After successful payment by bank remittance, the competitor shall retain the bank receipt or the scanning copy of the receipt to be uploaded to the website. (The information of paying bank is attached at the end of this document).

Note: This fee is the registration fee of the competitor and it is not refundable regardless of whether the competitor’s qualification is approved or not. Any application without paying the registration fee will be deemed invalid.

2. Online registration

To complete and submit the registration information online, competitors need to upload the related qualification documents including: scanning copy of remittance certificate of registration fee, scanning copy of ID card or passport, 2-inch color passport registration photo, entry certificate and medical certificate, etc. Note: after examination and successful registration, competitors must take the originals of these qualification documents to the conference site for future reference.

3. Review process

The organizing committee will strictly review the application for registration and relevant qualification documents provided by competitors. Generally, the process will be completed within 5 days after the submission of qualification documents by competitors, and the review results will be notified to competitors through email or phone call for subsequent payment.

4.Registration and payment

Participants who pass the examination and verification shall remit the registration payment to the designated bank account appended hereto within 7 days (before February 27, 2020) and then mail the bank receipt to info@everest135.com.

5. Upload insurance certificates

After passing the review and before paying the registration fee, competitors should purchase the compliant insurance products by themselves and then send the electronic version of the insurance policy to info@everest135.com. Meanwhile, competitors should keep the original copy of the insurance policy or the electronic version of the policy together with other originals of qualification documents for on-site reference.

Cancellation and transfer

The organizing committee does not promise refund for cancellation of the registration due to competitor’s personal reasons, and the quota cannot be transferred.
