Everest 135 has 20 Himalayan Checkpoints en route with the principle aim of maintaining the highest level of support possible.

Medical support, beds, meals, drinks and snacks are available at each Checkpoint.

There are also set cut-off times per checkpoint – This condition dictates the maximum length of time to complete sections of the course and the cut off is implemented by the Event Organisers to ensure the safe and proper running of the event. 

There is a 150 hour cut off time for the event. Runners may also stop and purchase food and drink from teahouses along the route but must only stop to sleep at dedicated ‘Official’ Checkpoints to ensure the Everest 135 team are always aware of any emergencies.

Checkpoint 1: Deurali – 15.4km – Altitude 1878m – Hotel Highland Sherpa. cutoff times out : 15th May ,02：00 pm 

Checkpoint 2: Kinja – 26.6km – Altitude 1632m – New Everest Guest House. cutoff times out  : 15th May ,06：00 pm

Checkpoint 3: Lamajura Pass – 37.6km – Altitude 3524m – Numbur View Guest House. cutoff times out :  16th May ,01:00 am

Checkpoint 4: Junbesi – 43.9km – Altitude 2685m – Apple Garden Guest House. cutoff times out : 16th May ,04 :00 am

Checkpoint 5: Taksindu – 55.8km – Altitude 3057m – Hilltop Guest House. cutoff times out :  16th May ,10：00 am

Checkpoint 6: Kharikhola – 69.1km – Altitude 2055m – Hill Top Guest House. cutoff times out :  16th May ,04:00 pm
