2.Important dates and notices of registration:

（1）330km个人组共150个名额

330km个人组：早早鸟价2999元/人，名额100个

（报名时间2019年5月21日-6月18日或额满提前截止）

330km个人组：早鸟价3999元/人，名额30个

（报名时间2019年6月18日-8月18日）

330km个人组：原价5999元/人，名额20个

（报名时间2019年8月18日-12月18日）

(1) 330KM Individual Race – total 150 places

- Prior early bird registrationfee: 2999 RMB/person, 100 Places

(registrationstarts from 21/05/2019 to 18/06/2019, or close in advance when fully enrolled);

- Early bird registrationfee: 3999 RMB/person, 30 places

（2）450km个人组共设50个名额

品牌战队：9999元/队

（5）报名费说明：

报名费包含：救援保障、医疗保障、转场大巴、赛事配套服务人员、赛事补给、起终点搭建等费用；

报名费不包含：往返赛事举办地交通费、赛事指定酒店食宿、赛事期间个人消费、个人意外伤害保险（队员来自不同国家，各国保险理赔办法不同）、护照签证等相关费用（组委会不提供代办旅行文件服务）、由于个人原因造成的损失等费用。

因特殊原因需要变更项目或转让名额，按以下规定处理：

①写邮件向组委会申请（以组委会收到邮件日期为准），收到组委会同意转让邮件后，申请者可把名额转让给符合参赛条件的受让者，受让者须履行全部报名手续并交纳500元（RMB）受理费，组委会将在7个工作日内受理完毕；

②因个人原因需要更改比赛项目者，须写邮件向组委会申请，收到组委会同意邮件后，交纳200元（RMB）受理费，组委会将在7个工作日内受理完毕；

③赛前30天内，组委会不受理任何原因转让名额、更改项目事宜。

参赛名额不可转让，参赛项目不可更改。私自转让者将被取消参赛资格。

(5) Declaration of RegistrationFee:

- The registrationfee includes: Rescue support, medical security, the ferry bus between stations, event service staffs, racing replenishments, construction of the starting and finishing stations and other expenses;

- The registrationfee does not include: transportation fees to and from the host place, meals and accommodation fees at the appointed hotel for the event, personal expense during the event, personal accident insurance (insurance claims may differ for different countries), fees for passport and visa applications (the organizing committee does not provide agency travel documents services), any fees and losses cost due to personal responsibility;

Change your program or transfer your quota due to special reasons:

①Transfer your quota:Sending an email to the organizing committee (subject to the date when the committee receives certain email). Once received the approved email from the committee, the applicant is allowed to transfer the quota to the transferee who meets the competition requirements. The transferee must go through all registration procedures and pay 500RMB processing fees. The committee will process the application within 7 working days.

②Change your program:Sending an email to the organizing committee. Once received the approved email from the committee, the applicant needs to pay 200RMB processing fees. The committee will process the application within 7 working days.

③ Within 30 days before the competition, the organizing committee will not accept any reason for transferring the quota and changing the project.

Entry quotas will not be transferable and programs cannot be changed. Private transferors will be disqualified.

（三）报名流程：

（1）关注公众号“KINETIK乌蒙山超级越野赛”“云之遥体育”公众号报名。

（2）报名资格：

本赛事可通过微信公众号，官方网站以及与官方合作的第三方报名平台进行报名，详情报名方式请阅读全文。

3. Registrationprocedure:

(1) Followed the WeChat Off icial Account “KINETIK 乌蒙山超级越野赛”and “云之遥体育”;

(2) This event could be registered through the WeChat Official Account, the Official site and the third-party board who corporates with the officials. Details of the registrationare listed at the end of this article.

（四）参赛条件

年龄条件：年龄18周岁-70周岁。

（1）身体状况：开赛前12个月内体检无以下疾病：心脏病（包括但不限于先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病等）、心肌炎、冠状动脉疾病、严重心律不齐、高血压、脑血管疾病、血糖过高的糖尿病，及其它不适合运动的疾病，报道时必须出示县级以上体检证明。

（2）有效身份证明（报到时审查身份证或护照原件）；

（3）450km、330km提供保险单号，必须包含死亡险。

（4）签署责任告知书。

4. Competition requirements

Age conditions: 18yrs old - 70yrs old

(1) Physical conditions:

Within 12 months prior to the start of the competition, with no following medical conditions: heart diseases (including but not limited to congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, etc.), myocarditis, coronary artery disease, severe arrhythmia, hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes with high levels of blood sugar, and other diseases that are not suitable for exercise. Competitors must be accompanied by a medical certificate at the county level or above.

(2) Valid personal identification:

The original ID card or passport will be reviewed upon check-in.

(3) 330KM and 450KM competitors should provide their insurance policy number, which must include the insurance against death.

(4) Sign the notice of liability.

330km个人赛-参赛经验要求：(以下三条满足其一即可)

（1）本赛事认可ITRA积分体系，并以之为报名标准。在2018年1月1日-2020年3月1日期间内，达到ITRA积分10分（不多于3场赛事），且在此期间内至少完成一场100公里的比赛（规定时间完赛）；

（2）曾经有非同寻常的运动经历，且在2018年1月1日-2020年3月1日期间内至少完成一场100公里的比赛（规定时间完赛）。经组委会审核资质后，可获得报名资格；

（3）在2018年1月1日-2020年3月1日期间内完成5场马拉松赛，且（男子成绩3：30分内，女子成绩4：00内）。经组委会审核资质后，可获得报名资格；

330KM Individual race - Experiential requirements (satisfy one of the following)

(1)This event recognizes the ITRA points system and uses it as the registration standard. During the period from Jan 1,2018 to Mar 1,2020, has received score 10 points (no more than 3 events), and have completed at least one 100km race during this period (completed within the scheduled time);

(2)The applicanthas extraordinary sports experiences, and have completed at least one 100km race between Jan 1,2018 and Mar 1,2020 (over the scheduled time). After the examination and approval of the organizing committee, the qualification of registration can be obtained;

(3)The applicanthas completed five marathons during the period from Jan 1,2018 to Mar 1,2020, and has achieved scores within 3:30 for men and 4:00 for women. After the examination and approval of the organizing committee, the qualification of registration can be obtained.

450km个人赛-参赛经验要求：(以下三条满足其一即可)

（1）本赛事认可ITRA积分体系，并以之为报名标准。在2018年1月1日-2020年3月1日期间内，达到ITRA积分25分（不多于5场赛事），且在此期间内至少完成一场100英里的比赛（规定时间完赛）；

（2）曾经有非同寻常的运动经历，且在2018年1月1日-2020年3月1日期间内至少完成一场100英里的比赛（规定时间完赛）。经组委会审核资质后，可获得报名资格；

（3）在2018年1月1日-2020年3月1日期间内完成5场马拉松赛，且（男子成绩3：00分内，女子成绩3：30内）。经组委会审核资质后，可获得报名资格；

450KM Individual race - Experiential requirements (satisfy one of the following)

(1)This event recognizes the ITRA points system and uses it as the registration standard. During the period from Jan 1,2018 to Mar 1,2020, has received score 25 points (no more than 5 events), and have completed at least one 100km race during this period (completed within the scheduled time);

(2)The applicanthas extraordinary sports experiences, and have completed at least one 100km race between Jan 1,2018 to Mar 1,2020 (over the scheduled time). After the examination and approval of the organizing committee, the qualification of registration can be obtained;

(3)The applicanthas completed five marathons during the period from Jan 1,2018 to Mar 1,2020, and has achieved scores within 3:00 for men and 3:30 for women. After the examination and approval of the organizing committee, the qualification of registration can be obtained.

330km双人组-参赛经验要求：

双人组可以是自由组合战队。战队成员至少1人必须符合“个人赛-参赛经验要求”；且另1名成员，在2018年1月1日-2020年3月1日期间内至少完成一场马拉松比赛（规定时间完赛）。

330KM Duo race - Experiential requirements:

The duo team could be freely combined. At least one of the team members must satisfy the experiential requirements of individual race; and another member should have completed at least one marathon during the period from Jan 1,2018 to Mar 1,2020 (completed over the scheduled time).

450km双人组-参赛经验要求：

双人组可以是自由组合战队。战队成员至少1人必须符合“个人赛-参赛经验要求”；且另1名成员，在2018年1月1日-2020年3月1日期间内至少完成一场100公里的比赛（规定时间完赛）。

450KM Duo race - Experiential requirements:

The duo team could be freely combined. At least one of the team members must satisfy the experiential requirements of individual race; and another member should have completed at least one 100km race during the period from Jan 1,2018 to Mar 1,2020 (completed over the scheduled time).

5、ITRA积分查询办法

请登录：http://www.i-tra.org/community/后输入您的名、姓拼音，核对信息确认无误后，点击进入个人主页。依次点击“Results、Route‘s characteristics”，便可查看您的ITRA积分总数。

5. How to check the ITRA points

Please log in: http://www.i-tra.org/community/ , enter your first and last name, check the information and confirm that it is correct. Then click to enter the personal homepage. Click on “results” and “Route's characteristics” to see the total number of your ITRA points.

6、退费原则：缴纳报名费后申请退赛，在2020 年1 月1 日12:00 之前提出退费申请，报名费退还 100%;在2020 年1 月1 日12:00-2020 年 2 月1 日12:00 之间提出退费申请，报名费退还70%，在2020年2月1日12:00-2020年3月1日12:00提出退费申请扣除 50%，剩余金额退还;在2020 年3 月1 日12:00 之后提出退费申请，报名费不退还；在2020年4月1日前可申请保留名额，次年收取报名费的20%作为手续费，申请保留名额方式以发邮件至官方邮件并得到回复为准。

6.The principle of refund:

Apply for withdraw after the registrationfee is paid:

- the registration fee will be refunded 100% if the application for refund will be submitted before PM12:00 on Jan 1, 2020;

- the registration fee will be refunded 70% if the application for refund will be submitted from PM 12:00 on Jan 1, 2020 to PM12:00-Feb 1, 2020;

- the registration fee will be deducted 50% if the application for refund will be submitted from PM 12:00 on Feb 1, 2020 to PM 12:00 on Mar 1, 2020, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

- the registration fee will not be refunded if the application for refund will be submitted after PM 12:00 on Mar 1, 2020;

You can apply for the reserved quota before Apr 1, 2020. 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the handling fee in the next year. To apply, you must send an email to the official Email and get a reply.
