1. 赛事日期：10月20日（周日）

Date: Sunday, 20th Oct 2019 

2. 集合时间：7:00 — 8:10

Gathering time:7:00—8:10

* 建议提前吃好早餐，补充营养，给身体足够的能量

Participants are suggested have breakfast in advance, and give enough energy to our body

3. 集合地点：船厂1862（滨江大道1777号，即墨路/银城路入口）

活动终点：外滩源壹号（中山东一路33号）

Start: MIFA 1862( No. 1777 Bin Jiang Avenue, Pudong District)

Finish：THE BALFOUR（Waitanyuan, No.33 Zhongshandongyi Road） 

* 因活动当日人流量大，建议绿色出行

Due to the large flow of people on the day of the activity, it is recommended to come here by public transport.

4. 入场凭证：抽奖券(无抽奖券，现场无法入场及参与终点抽奖)

Admission/Lottery ticket（Please ensure you keep your ticket for redemption）

5. 签到流程/Sign in

按照现场组别分布，找到签到区域；

凭借抽奖券/Make A Wish 签到，工作人员为您带上手环；

按照指示，进入到对应组别等候区。

Come to your participants counter to sign in（by the Grouping list above）

Exchange the Voucher of Make A Wish for a wristband

Proceed to Waiting Area.

家属午餐券签到流程

购买家属午餐券的家属，签到地点为终点外滩源壹号；

请于11:30后凭抽奖券/Make A Wish签到入场，工作人员为您带上手环；

友情提示：自驾的家属，外滩源壹号因活动无法停车，请自行前往周边停车。

Families purchased charity lunch tickets，the signing place is at the finish point THE BALFOUR 外滩源壹号Waitanyuan

The signing time Strat from 11:30am, exchange the Voucher of Make A Wish for a wristband

Tips：for self-driving family, no parking place left due to the event, please drive to the parking lot surrounding

3. 组别划分/Group

现场签到区域根据组别划分，请参赛选手提前确认好自己的组别号码。

In order to facilitate check-in, please comfirm your grouping number in advance. 

补给站1：三林渡口500米处；

补给站2：华泾路渡口右转绿道公园内；

我们为您提供水、运动饮料、香蕉、能量棒。

Resting Point 1：500 away from the Sanlin ferry (Pudong)

Resting Point 2：turn right 500 meters after getting off the Sanlin ferry (Puxi)

Resting point supply water、sports drinks、banana、energy bars

赛事进程中，如遇紧急情况，请立即寻求工作人员帮助。

6.赛后派对/After Party

1)当您到达外滩源壹号，请根据工作人员的指示，将车辆存放在指定区域（提供吊牌）；

2)赛后午餐派对将在外滩源壹号二层举办，请按照工作人员指引前往；

3)进入会场时，请记得将您的抽奖券投入抽奖箱；

4)比赛当天会有少量的慈善午餐券出售，售价为人民币298元。您可以邀请您的家人和朋友赛后共享派对时光。

When you arrive the THE BALFOUR 外滩源壹号Waitanyuan, please park your bicycle in designated parking area(The staff will provide you with a tag)

After-party will be at the second floor of THE BALFOUR. Please follow the staff guidelines

Remember to put your “lucky draw ticket into the lucky draw box.

A limited number of tickets for after-race lunch will also be available for your friends and family to join. These tickets can be purchased at-the-door for RMB298.
